Drafting of Agreements

In addition to its well-established labour law department headed by well experienced professional attorneys, Mitti Attorneys also specialises in Commercial law which includes but not limited to drafting and vetting of agreement.

Our lead attorney that specialises in commercial law is an admitted attorney with more than 15 years post admission experience. She has worked for the State Attorney for more than 7 years thus is very much acquainted with the Government Legislation. She has been specialising in commercial law for the past 10 years now and is very senior in this field.

Our lead attorney has drafted a supply and support agreement for SABC and Dalete (Pty) Ltd, amongst others as well as Enterprise Business System Agreement for Synova (Pty) Ltd. Our Attorney was once involved in an IT agreement for an amount of R150,000,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Million Rand).

Also our lead Attorney has had the privilege of drafting a performance agreement for John Legend, a popular American singer. Our Attorney also had a privilege of attending an agreement course in Hong Kong for three weeks.

Forensic Auditing/Investigations

Mitti Attorneys recently appointed Mrs Busiswe Mtsweni, an Associate who is well vested with Forensic Auditing/investigations experience. Our lead consultant has legal qualifications and although not an admitted attorney, she has collected her experience working with reputable Chartered Accountants as well as one of the big law firm Edward Nathan Sonnenberg (ENS), to name but a few. Mrs Ntsoane-Mitti and Mrs Hanif have also done few big investigations to corporates such as Peermont Global (Pty) Ltd and Diversey.

In the 13 years of exposure to forensic auditing and investigation, she has performed white collar crime investigations and forensic audit in the government's procurement departments, network company and private company.
